Product Description
Overview
BBG70 (GLOW) is a research peptide blend combining three well-characterized synthetic peptides—BPC-157 (10 mg), GHK-Cu (50 mg), and TB-500 (10 mg)—in a single lyophilized vial. BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic 15-amino acid pentadecapeptide derived from a native gastric juice protein. GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) is a naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK), found in human plasma, with the copper ion playing a critical role in its biological activity. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal acetylated 17-23 fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ) of the naturally occurring protein thymosin β4 (Tβ4). This blend is designed to support experimental workflows investigating tissue regeneration, angiogenesis, wound healing, and recovery processes.
Mechanism of Action
BPC-157 modulates multiple pathways involved in cell growth, proliferation, and angiogenesis while reducing inflammatory cytokines. It promotes nitric oxide (NO) synthesis, enhances growth hormone receptor expression, and drives angiogenesis through the BPC-157-FBXO22-BACH1 axis. GHK-Cu acts as a potent modulator of cellular activity, stimulating collagen production, exerting antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, and promoting the expression of trophic and angiogenic factors. TB-500 functions as a primary G-actin sequestering protein, controlling actin cytoskeleton dynamics essential for cell motility, structure, and division. It promotes actin polymerization, enhances cell migration, angiogenesis, and collagen deposition, while reducing inflammation.
Research Applications
- Tissue Regeneration: Investigated for promoting repair of muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, and soft tissues.
- Angiogenesis Studies: Employed to evaluate the formation of new blood vessels.
- Wound Healing: Studied for enhancing keratinocyte migration, collagen deposition, and dermal tissue repair.
- Inflammatory Modulation: Used in preclinical models to assess reduction of inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress.

Excellent purity for our cell culture studies.
This was my first order and I was thoroughly impressed. Shipping was fast, packaging was professional, and the product quality tested out to be excellent. Looking forward to placing more orders for our lab.
The GLOW BBG70 batch we received performed flawlessly in our assays. Purity was consistent with the COA and it dissolved cleanly without any residue. We've used it across multiple cell lines and got reproducible results each time. This is now a standard reagent in our lab inventory. Fast shipping and good packaging too. Highly recommend for anyone doing research work.
Works as intended, basic quality.
